For accounts we collect email, username, consent records, Founding Member number and status, notification preferences, referral/source details and account-security records. If you choose to complete an adult profile, we collect your private date of birth. From your use of the service we store the profile you build (display name, bio, interests, languages, what you are open to, approximate region, optional photo and intro video), the realities you publish (video, photo or text, caption, optional category, tags and coarse location, and the visibility you chose), likes, comments, follows, connection requests, messages to your connections, blocks and reports, live-session records, and — if you use the optional AI profile interview — the answers you type or speak plus the draft it produces. Your optional personal Agent stores only the self-description, wishes and environment ideas you save, privately for your account. When you ask it a question, those details and your question go to our AI provider to generate text; your answers are not stored as a chat history. If you opt into a private AI portrait, three self-photos are compressed in your browser and sent to the AI image provider solely for this request; neither the images nor result are persisted by RealityScroll, saved to your profile or used by us to train a personal model. The provider may process them under its own retention and safety policies. The portrait is returned to your browser for optional download. We do not perform face recognition or identity inference. We never collect exact location, face recognition data or identity inferences from your media. If you verify your identity for adult dating features, we store the verification result and verified birth date, not the document itself.

We use this information to create and protect your account, show your profile and realities to exactly the audience you selected, deliver connection requests and messages, run likes, comments and follows, operate moderation, blocking and reporting, confirm that dating features are used by verified adults, answer enquiries and send essential account messages. AI profile answers are sent to our AI provider only to draft text you review before saving. Your optional self-portrait photos are sent on your explicit request and consent only to generate a private illustration. Optional product updates are sent only when you opt in.

Account administration is necessary to provide the account you request. Terms and Privacy acceptance and an adult self-declaration are recorded at signup; a date of birth is collected later when you choose to complete an adult profile. Earlier email-list registrations retain their nickname, email, consent and historic discount-eligibility marker; joining is now free for everyone. No future discount has been promised. Optional product updates are based on separate consent, which you can withdraw in Settings.

Data and uploaded media are stored using Lovable Cloud in the EU. Media files live in private storage and are shown only through short-lived links to members who are allowed to see that post. Email delivery is handled through Lovable's managed email service, and the optional AI profile interview and personal text Agent and optional private portrait use Lovable's AI gateway. Providers process data only to supply these services. No payments are processed in the service at this time.

Account and Founding Member records are kept while your account exists and as legally required. Realities, media, comments and messages are kept until you delete them or your account; deleting a reality also deletes its media file. Email-list data is kept while relevant or until deletion is requested. Moderation, security and analytics records are kept only as reasonably necessary.

You may change or clear your saved personal Agent preferences, access and correct profile details, change the visibility of each reality and of profile fields, delete your own realities and comments, block or report other members, change optional email preferences, or submit an account-deletion request in Settings.
